Throughout Europe, fine restaurants, pubs and biergartens serve beer in glasses that are in a design appropriate to the style of beer that is contained, such as a Lager, Weizen, Alt, or Bock. Each beer glass is decorated with the name and/or logo of the brewery. They range from the traditional "mug" style of glass, through tall, slender weizen or pilsner glasses, to the elegant "tulip" style favored by the Bavarians for many of their lagers.
We have assembled a number of these biergarten glasses into collections but it should be noted that the composition of all collections is subject to change due to the vagaries of brewery supplies. Or you may visit our German Glasses, Belgium Glasses, and International Beer glasses and create your own collections or view our newest offerings.
Just the Beer Facts: In many of the Continental European countries, it is the law that a beer glass with a brewery logo on it may be used to serve only a beer from that brewery.

Just the Beer Facts: Cleanliness may be overdone. Belgian Lace (sometimes called Brussels Lace) is the wispy remains of the head on the side of the beer glass. If you don't have any, the glass probably has soap particles on it. That soap doesn't add much to the taste, either.
